From the campus to downtown

It is my opinion to this day that the Americana Centre condominiums present the best VALUE in Rockville. It’s campus sits on what must be some of the most expensive real estate. It is part of the actual Downtown Rockville layout. Leave your car. You can walk to; the METRO, the movies, restaurants, and the Park. It’s location and walk score are a 10. Yet it is some of the most affordable housing in the County. Great for 1st time buyers and investors. Or first time buyers who will become investors, and hold onto their property for future rental income and a growing asset.

This video takes you through the campus. You’ll see there are 2 high rise buildings that sit among low rise condos and townhomes. There is an underground parking garage beneath this low rise section. As well as the visible outside carports.
