Luxberry Courts • Rockville

Luxberry Courts is  a unique neighborhood located in North Bethesda, Maryland featuring 108 garden-style luxury condominiums.  Luxberry residents enjoy various amenities which include tennis courts, pools, ample parking spaces, and each of the units has a patio and a garage. Luxberry Courts is also within walking distance to the proposed White Flint Town Center that will be home to the area’s newest Whole Foods, LA Fitness, Arhaus Furniture and Season 52. The town center will be a residential, retail and commercial project developed over a 20-year period with phase one already complete.

The area amenities include the White Flint and Grosvenor-Strathmore Red Line Metro Stations. White Flint & Montgomery Malls are both within a 5-10 minute drive. The Music Center at Strathmore is also very close to the Luxberry Courts community. The music center provides year round performing arts and entertainment of all types. The Grosvenor Market is located in the Grosvenor Park high rise buildings ground floor as within walking distance along Tuckerman Lane.  The market sports a great deli with many fantastic food selections.  Residents of Luxberry Court can use the Pembroke Association multi pools, tennis courts and playground area. There is also a popular walking path nearby which connects to the Bethesda Trolly Trail.  The trail is located along an old trolly rail way used in the late 1800’s to transport people to work in DC.  Today the trail is over 6 miles long and is used by bikers, runners and pedestrians.

Montgomery County top rated schools provide education for the families of Luxberry Courts. Kensington Parkwood Elementary, Tilden Middle School and Walter Johnson High School all serve the community and are just a few of the fabulous academic institutions offered by Montgomery County.  Walter Johnson High Schoolwas ranked 5th in Maryland for public high schools and has a very strong Advanced Placement program.
