October saw a significant reduction in the number of homes listed in Montgomery County. With this shortage of new listings we saw a continued rise in our home prices. We are likely to see a drop in sales, also for November.
-The number of homes listed for sale has decreased
-Rising median prices signal that the demand for housing in the lower sales price range is strong.
-Prices continue to increase faster at the lower price points
